1. About PequiPay

PequiPay (the "Platform") provides checkout tools, payment processing through partner payment institutions, digital content delivery (members area), and affiliate and co-production management for digital product creators ("Creators").

2. Registration and account review

Creator access requires prior review. Creators represent that the information provided is accurate and agree to keep it up to date. PequiPay may request additional documents (KYC) and may refuse, suspend or terminate accounts in case of suspected fraud or breach of these Terms.

3. Permitted products

The sale of illegal products, products that infringe third-party rights, get-rich-quick or guaranteed-income promises, adult content, pirated material, pyramid schemes or any misleading offer is prohibited.

4. Fees, currencies and payouts

The fees in force, as disclosed to the Creator, apply to each approved sale. Sales in foreign currencies may be subject to currency conversion and taxes. Funds become available for payout after each payment method's settlement period and may be held to cover refunds, chargebacks and disputes.

5. Refunds and chargebacks

Creators must honor the consumer protection laws of the buyer's country, including statutory withdrawal rights where applicable, and any guarantee period they offer. Refunded amounts, including commissions, are debited from the Creator's balance.

6. Affiliates and co-producers

Commissions are set by the Creator and calculated automatically by the Platform. PequiPay is not responsible for agreements made outside the Platform.

7. Responsibilities

Creators are solely responsible for the content, delivery, advertising and tax obligations related to their products, including issuing invoices where required.

8. Changes and governing law

These Terms may be updated, with notice through registered channels. These Terms are governed by the laws of Brazil, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protection rules of the buyer's country.
