Digital products such as online courses, coaching, e-books, communities, online events and memberships. Illegal products, get-rich-quick promises and misleading content are not accepted.

How much does it cost?

Which payment methods can my customers use?

Credit and debit cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay, PayPal and recurring subscriptions, charged in your buyer's currency. Availability depends on the product and country.

Which currencies and countries do you support?

You can sell in multiple currencies, including USD and EUR, to buyers worldwide. The checkout is available in English, Spanish and Portuguese.

When do I get paid?

Your balance becomes available in your platform wallet according to each payment method's settlement period, and you request payouts from your dashboard.

Do I need another platform to host my course?

No. PequiPay includes a members area with modules, lessons, community, certificates and a mobile app.

What happens if a customer asks for a refund?

Refund requests within your guarantee period are handled by the platform, reversing the payment and any related commissions, in line with the buyer's local consumer laws.

Why do you review accounts before activation?

To protect creators and buyers. Reviewing each account reduces fraud and chargebacks, which keeps fees low and payouts flowing for everyone.
